Faith, solitude, journaling, morning practice. This is where you figure out who you are, what you want, and what actually matters.

Combine both and you walk out of 90 days with the confidence to trust yourself, the clarity to know what you want, and the capacity to go get it.

Weekly 1:1 calls

Every week we get on a call. We check progress on the physical work, dig into the inner work, and adjust the plan based on where you are at.

Direct access between calls

Voice, text. If something comes up, we handle it. If you are slipping, I am going to call it out.
